What is the SEAS Classic Fishing Tournament?

The SEAS Classic is the premier angling event in Naples, Florida, dedicated to supporting St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. It is a day of sport, stewardship, and community outreach on our beautiful local waters.

Who can participate in the tournament?

We welcome anglers of all levels—from offshore professionals to local families. With dedicated inshore and offshore divisions, there is a competitive heat suited for everyone, including junior anglers and first-time participants.

What cause does the tournament support?

All proceeds go directly to St. Elizabeth Seton Catholic School. These funds provide critical support for academic programming, facility improvements, and scholarships that empower student excellence in the Naples community.

When and where is the mandatory check-in?

Check-in is at the mandatory pre-tournament meeting at 6:00 PM in the St. Elizabeth Seton gymnasium. All anglers must verify their entry and attend the meeting and presentation..

Is there designated parking for boat trailers?

Yes, special trailer parking is reserved at the 12th Avenue North ramp. Please ensure your digital permit is displayed on your dashboard to avoid any issues during the tournament day.

What do the registration fees cover?

Entry fees include your tournament bag with exclusive gear, bait credits, and tickets to the post-event dinner. All proceeds directly benefit the academic programs at St. Elizabeth Seton School.

Tournament Day

What time does the tournament officially start?

The tournament starts at 7:00 AM sharp for all divisions. Boats are permitted to leave their slips as early as they'd like, but no competitive angling can occur before the official morning start.

What essential gear must be on board?

Teams are required to carry an official measurement board and at least one digital device capable of catch verification. Standard coast guard safety equipment is mandatory for all participating vessels.

What are the weigh-in protocols?

Catch & Release

The SEAS Classic prioritizes conservation. All Redfish and Snook catches across both divisions follow strict catch-and-release guidelines.

Species Limits

Bag and size limits are governed by FWC regulations. Professional oversight ensures every entry meets Collier County conservation standards.

Boundary Lines

Scoring System

Scoring is weight-based for offshore species and length-based for inshore.
